VISITOR REGULATIONS

OLD VEHICLES MEETING IN KOVOZOO ("Event")

By entering the Event, the visitor confirms that he has familiarized himself with these regulations and agrees with them.

 

Basic obligations of the visitor

The visitor is obliged to:

  • familiarize yourself with the visiting rules and follow them
  • pay entrance fee or present a purchased online ticket or present a free ticket
  • behave in such a way that his behavior does not disturb other visitors and that his behavior does not cause injury to another visitor
  • move only in the defined areas, do not enter closed objects and spaces that are not defined for the given cultural event
  • comply with the instructions of the organizers and operators of attractions and applicable regulations regarding health and safety and fire regulations and other related legal regulations
  • when using attractions operated by third parties, familiarize yourself with the rules of their use and comply with them.

 

Visitor responsibility

The visitor may not in any way threaten or damage material property and equipment of KOVOZOO or threaten or harass other visitors  of the Event.

Entering the area of Event, moving in it and carrying out any activities is at the own risk of each visitor.

The entry of a child under the age of 10 is conditional on being accompanied by a responsible person who must be over 18 years old; the responsible person is fully responsible for the child and its behavior during the entire stay in th Event. The responsible person accompanying the child is fully responsible for any injuries to children caused by their inappropriate or dangerous behavior. The organizer is not responsible for any injuries to children that may occur in this way.

The visitor is obliged to move with all caution while staying in the Event and to prevent the risk of injury to himself or others.

The visitor is responsible for damages caused by his actions in the the Event, in particular for damages caused to himself or third parties to health and property, and is obliged to compensate for the resulting damage in accordance with the Czech Civil Law.

The organizer bears no legal responsibility for the safety of visitors and possible damage to their health or loss of their personal property in the all area of the Event.

 

General conditions

The visitor is obliged to obey the instructions of the organizer or a person authorized by him (security guards, parking attendants, cashiers, etc.) issued in order to ensure the safety and protection of visitors and material property located in the all event area.

In case of disobeying the instructions or in case of serious violation of the visitor rules, repeated violation of the visitor rules or in the case of inappropriate or aggressive behavior of the visitor, the visitor may be expelled from the premises by the organizer or a person authorized by him without the right to refund the paid entrance fee. In such a case, the visitor is obliged to leave the Event immediately.

By entering the Event, the visitor understands the fact that the organizer may take photos at the event for placement on the website of the organizer company REC Group s.r.o., ID: 255 48 034, with registered office: Brněnská 1372, Staré Město, 686 03, www.recgroup.cz or www.kovozoo.cz.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event to persons who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of intoxicating substances. At the same time, the organizer reserves the right to expel such persons from the Area at any time without the right to refund the paid entrance fee.

When re-entering the Event, the organizer is entitled to check the visitor's identification band, or the identification that the visitor received from security when leaving the area. In the event that the identification tape is obviously torn, cut, etc. the organizer is entitled to require the visitor to pay a new entrance fee.

These Visitor Regulations were issued by the organizer of the OLD VEHICLES MEETING IN KOVOZOO and are valid from 4/20/2023 until further notice.
